Michelle has a Bachelor of Science from Mount Marty College, a Master’s of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She owns and operates a healthcare clinic specializing in Diabetes and Wellness. She is currently Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Diabetes Management. She is also working on certification as a Healing Touch Practitioner.

Diabetes and Wellness Clinic is available by appointment Monday-Friday. Please plan on a 2 hour appointment for your initial consultation and 15 minutes to an hour for each additional session.
Dr. Kim Harm, FNP
Dr. Kim Harm is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in functional medicine. Her doctoral preparation was in lifestyle management. In particular, managing fatigue by promoting a balanced circadian rhythm with sleep and activity. She is trained in functional medicine which treats the root cause of imbalance, feeling unwell, and diseases. See functionalmedicine.org. She has over 20 years of experience counseling patients on health lifestyle choices including how to eat, move, relax, sleep, and stop addictive behaviors including smoking. She is passionate about wellness and lifestyle medicine. She has a desire to serve others with a mission to promote optimal health and help everyone to feel well. She believes in healing with natural therapies including optimal nutrition and living “clean”.
Most functional medicine providers have a story of disappointment with conventional medicine. Her journey is no different. She has struggled with hormone imbalance, blood sugar control, anxiety, adrenal fatigue and autoimmunity in the form of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
